Born in Emilia Romana region next to Adriatic Sea our chef Jonathan loves the freedom to express his passion concerning food and wine. When he was 15 years old, he started training in the best Italian culinary schools. Jonathan has been working and impressing his customers in such places like Puntino in Miami, Ristorante Martin Pescatore, Ristorante Il Setaccio in Italy and more. He has a lot of world famous awards for outstanding culinary artistry. Jonathan has great kitchen techniques based on traditional recipes from different regions of Italy.
